MTV’s ” Siesta Key” managed to crawl out of its 0.3 slump to achieve a 0.4, even as TBS’s” Miracle Workers” continued at 0.3. “Chopped” on Food Network recovered to 0.3, which was also the domain of TLC’s” I Am Jazz” for yet another week. Additionally, a brand-new season of “Tosh.0” premiered at 0.3.
