Behind our world, there is another: a world-wide of dangerous and powerful demons that convention their domain with deadly inhumanity. When an unpredictable sandstorm hauls Captain Artemis( Milla Jovovich) and her legion( TI Harris, Meagan Good, Diego Boneta) to a new world, the soldiers are offended to discover that this hostile and uncharted environment is home to enormous and terrifying beings immune to their firepower. In their hopeles debate for survival, the human rights unit meetings the inscrutable Hunter( Tony Jaa ), whose peculiar sciences allow him to stay one step ahead of the strong individuals. As Artemis and Hunter gradually improve cartel, she discovers that he is part of a unit led by the Admiral( Ron Perlman ). Facing a hazard so great it could threaten to destroy their world-wide, the brave soldiers compound their unique abilities to band together for the eventual showdown.
