Warning! Spoilers ahead for Batman # 95

Joker War is now in full swing in the most recent issue of Batman from DC Comics. To kick things off, the Joker makes an fantastically gigantic acquire, applying the Wayne Fortune he stole from Bruce Wayne’s chronicles, all for the sake of delivering an improbably atrociou and twisted joke at the Dark Knight’s expense.

InBatman #95, from James Tynion IV, Jorge Jimenez, Tomeu Morey, and Clayton Cowles, Wayne Enterprises is in the midst of a hostile takeover courtesy of Joker and his newfound billions. The news directs are all detailing the serious larceny commissions on Bruce Wayne in his support for Batman. As a ensue, his companionship, dwelling, and technology are all being taken. Meanwhile, when the newspapers try to release an editorial is proposed that Joker’s behind the company’s takeover, he compensates billions to forswear the fib. Joker’s truly abusing his new cash flow to great result, and it doesn’t stop there. Making things certainly personal, the Clown Prince of Crime premiers over to Park Row and Crime Alley to do some seriously dark and remorseles shopping.

Batman fans will remember that Crime Alley was where Bruce Wayne’s parents were murdered after going to the movies at the Monarch. Joker offer the owner enough to get his own small country to own the theater and is shown in the projection room. As they talk about the old days and the first time Joker converge his “dear friend”, the elderly owner preserves mentioning that he believe i can listen parties down in what should be an old and empty-headed theater. While holding up a spool of The Mark Of Zorro, Joker says that the owner should join forces so as to not miss the show.

Joker responds that the people in the public are Gotham, and the issue reveals that the theater is backpack full of Joker-gassed citizens. Later on, the Underbroker, Joker’s man who’s handling much of his money and the protection him from legal justice, tells the terrified Wayne auditors under his domination to buy every movie theater in the city, including the revival and art houses. It looks like Joker is planning to fill every theater seat in Gotham with a Jokerized victim, and could end up playing The Mark of Zorro, the most movie Bruce watched with his mothers before their deaths.

Joker has an obscene amount of money to spend now, and spend is exactly what he’s doing. With aids like he’s never had before, Joker is able to manipulate and haras Batman on a whole new level. As Joker War continues, what else is Joker planning? What else could he buy to savagely destroy Batman and Bruce Wayne simultaneously? He’s ever known that Bruce was Batman, and is absolutely using that to his advantage in ways he wasn’t willing to do before. Hopefully, Batman will be able to rally allies and deliver a strong counter-attack as Joker War continues through the summer.
