With Hugh Jackman and Allison Janney as a can’t-miss combination, “Bad Education” assembles a juicy true-life floor somewhere in the middle, draws before get into the meat of it, and then rallyings solidly in the second half of the year. While smaller in flavor and topic than most HBO movies, it’s a solid expedition of gluttony and immorality, where the ultimate superstar is, of all things, a teenage journalist.
