Tom Holland opens up about stepping out from his persona as Spider-Man in the Marvel Cinematic Universe to reunite with Joe and Anthony Russo in their opioid addiction theatre Cherry.

Cherry follows the wild outing of a disenfranchised young man from Ohio who congregates the enjoy of his life, simply to risk losing her through a series of bad decisions and challenging life circumstances. Inspired by the best-selling novel of the same name, Cherry peculiarities Tom Holland in the title role as an unhinged courage who drifts from descent out of college to serving in Iraq as an Army medic and is only anchored by his one true love, Emily( Ciara Bravo ).

When Cherry returns dwelling a fight hero, he battles the villains of undiagnosed PTSD and coilings into drug addiction, encircling himself with a menagerie of depraved eccentrics. Draining his finances, Cherry turns to bank robbing to fund his addiction, smashing his relationship with Emily along the way. Brought to the screen in bold, gritty fad by utopian conductors Anthony and Joe Russo, Cherry is a darkly humorous, unflinching coming-of-age story of a follower on a universal quest for purpose and human connection.

Cherry will premiere in adopt theaters on February 26 and around the world on Apple TV+ March 12, 2021. The film stars Tom Holland, Ciara Bravo, Jack Reynor, Michael Rispoli, Jeff Wahlberg, Forrest Goodluck and Michael Gandolfini.
