Julia Louis-Dreyfus merely uncovered on social media how Marvel was able to keep her role a secret in The Falcon And The Winter Soldier. Now that the just goes to show aimed witness have been discussing all of their favorite changes and turns and unexpected references that appeared. One such courage was Contessa Valentina Allegra de Fontaine, played by Louis-Dreyfus. In the final two escapades, she drafts John Walker and offers him a capacity as the US Agent. Val didn’t have much to do in the substantiate but the ending promising that gatherings will likely see her again.
No one well known Louis-Dreyfus was going to be in the appearance, which is pretty incredible since this information did not leak. This would therefore be major information knowing that such a prolific performer was going to be playing a role in one of the biggest dealerships in the world. Of route, Marvel is well known for put their confidentials and affirming their actors to privacy. Most famously, during the filming of Avengers: Infinity War and Avengers: Endgame, actors were given either part writes, heavily redacted scripts, or bullshit writes perfectly only to keep the movies’ secrets. This may seem a bit startling, but again, Marvel is well known to use such spy tricks to prevent spoilers from revealing and it seemed to work.
Val’s role in the future of the MCU is uncertain; nonetheless, the character has a long history in the comics, dating all the way back to the’ 60 s. She was a skilled observe and S.H.I.E.L.D. operative until she bridged them and started helping Hydra, becoming known as Madame Hydra. She even has a long nostalgic autobiography with Nick Fury. Whether Marvel will use this as her backstory is unknown, but they have a lot of information to work with.
Since Val banked John Walker, she could be interested in building her own team of superheroes like what Fury did except maybe to do more ill than good. Louis-Dreyfus is such a huge name that it would be a shame to squander her on such a small role in The Falcon and The Winter Soldier which is why it is likely publics will see a lot more of her. Since her introduction was meant to be in Black Widow before liberation appointments came shuffled around, that will be the next time audiences gratify the character. It will be interesting to see what more Val has up her sleeve.
