Face masks. They’re on most of our memories( and faces) these days. From simple surgical masks and super-expensive masks to DIY mixtures, it seems that nearly everyone has at least one mask to protect them from the coronavirus when they go outside. However, some people are facing this crisis in style and have designed fantastically artistic and peculiar face concealments. While others are going for pop culture citations with their own masks.

Bored Panda spoken with Cristina Rodo about her awful Facehugger mask. According to her, she made the mask to participate in the coronavirus mask competition from Fiberart Fever. “It made me about three the working day to do. It’s wet felted and then needle felted, for the details.”

“After I submitted it for the contender, I shared it on various artistry groups and parties went absolutely crazy( in one of them I already had 3k likes and counting ). I wasn’t genuinely is hoping that.

Most beings think it’s real cool. Numerous say they are scared/ defeated by the it, but still admire it. It’s supposed to be scary, it’s a life sucker, like the virus itself.”

Cristina revealed that she’s a big fan of the Alien movies and of movies in general.

“The quarantine hasn’t changed me that much since I previously toiled from home, I’m a fiber creator. Still working, like normal. Now my husband and( large-hearted) boy are sanded more, but we all get along very well so it’s quiet, ” she told us about how her family’s dealing with the quarantine.

Common sense dictates that any cover-up is better than no cover-up, right? When it comes to protecting yourself during the pandemic, it’s better to be safe than sorry. But that doesn’t mean that you can’t look cool and splendid! From witch doctor masks to imaginative classics, people are showing a lot of creativity even when things are looking grim.

But do face masks genuinely work against the coronavirus and do they protect you? A plenty of countries think this is. For example, some places like Lombardy, in Italy, manufactured wearing face masks mandatory. Meanwhile, the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention recommend people at least wear “cloth face coverings” when they’re outside. The CDC even posted instructions on how to establish them.

Part of the reason why there are recommendations to wear DIY face masks is to make sure that US medical laborers get access to the limited supply of protective equipment.
