Tom Hanks Revealed Charlize Theron Auditioned For Another Key Role in 'That Thing You Do!'

Tom Hanks please open about Charlize Theron‘s audition for his movie, That Thing You Do!

While talking about the assigning process, Tom revealed that Charlize had auditioned for one of the main parts.

While revealing how they had casting the project, Tom shared that Charlize had” spoken on the first day that I read actors ,” and she knew precisely who she wanted to play.

” She said,’ Listen, I know I can play Tina, but I want to play Faye .’ I said,’ I get that ,’ but what I was meditate in my psyche was,’ You’re too much of a supernova to play Faye .'”

The role of Faye was played by Liv Tyler.

Tom is cognizant of the fact that” molding her was such a takeover .”

Producer Ed Saxon added that after she spoke, Tom told him that” we just met a movie star.”
