Netflix releases the full To All the Boys: P.S. I Still Love You trailer, recapping what happened in the firstly movie and introducing a new character. When the first cinema, To All the Boys I’ve Loved Before, punched Netflix in 2018, it quickly became a huge hit for the streaming service. Not merely were the To All the Boys I’ve Loved Before evaluates principally positive, it became a social media hotshot, as devotees spurted about the on-screen relationship between Lara Jean Covey( Lana Condor) and Peter Kavinsky( Noah Centineo ). Now, Lara Jean and Peter K. return for the sequel, based on Jenny Han’s second story in this series, P.S. I Still Love You.

In To All the Boys I’ve Loved Before, Lara Jean’s little sister Kitty( Anna Cathcart) is sending out Lara Jean’s love letters- which were never meant to see the light of day – to her many vanquishes over the years. In the chaos, Lara Jean and Peter started counterfeit dating to fix his ex-girlfriend jealous and to hide the fact that Lara Jean was actually vanquish on her older sister Margot’s( Janel Parrish) ex-boyfriend. However, they developed real feelings and eventually decided to stop fake-dating and appointment for real. Then, the To All the Boys I’ve Loved Before mid-credits place innovated another recipient of one of Lara Jean’s love letters. Now, the sequel will officially feed John Ambrose McClaren( Jordan Fisher ).

Netflix liberated the new To All the Boys: P.S. I Still Love You trailer with only a few weeks until the movie officially premieres on the streaming service. In the trailer, Kitty recaps what happened in the firstly movie, then it transitions to establishing the story of the sequel. The P.S. I Still Love You trailer also further establishes sees to John Ambrose, who Lara Jean met in Model UN, and the pair reconnect thanks to Lara Jean’s love letter. Considering To All the Boys I’ve Loved Before was such a huge hit for Netflix, it’s no amaze they moved forward with a sequel. What remains to be seen however, is whether it can live up to the success of the first movie. P.S. I Still Love You features a different lead at the helm, Michael Fimognari, who sufficed as the cinematographer on To All the Boys. Meanwhile, the first film’s screenwriter Sofia Alvarez did return to pen the dialogue, though she’s joined by J. Mills Goodloe( The Mountain Between Us ). With a different inventive at the helm, it’s unclear if P.S. I Still Love You will continue the success of To All the Boys.

That said, the trailer for P.S. I Still Love You certainly seems to capture all the teen rom-com vibes that helped make its predecessor such a mega thump. And with To All the Boys 3 already in production, having filmed back-to-back with the sequel, followers can rest assured they’ll be able to see the final chapter of Lara Jean and Peter K’s love story. While it’s unclear when the movie based on Han’s third fiction, Always and Forever Lara Jean, will release on Netflix, fans have spate to look forward with To All the Boys: P.S. I Still Love You punching the streaming service just in time for Valentine’s Day.
