Texas theater chain to take your temperature as it reopens

As a few moods have allowed movie theaters to open to the public in the midst of the coronavirus pandemic, some that are choosing to get back to business have surprising new insurance regulations.

One theater order in Texas, EVO, means on opening with an “airport security-style check-in” on Monday, EVO Entertainment Inc. CEO Mitchell Roberts told Variety Friday. This includes asking beings if they have had flu manifestations or have been around someone with influenza evidences in the last 14 daytimes along with an infrared temperature check. If theatergoers have a temperature above 100.4 degrees Fahrenheit, they will be turned away. Patrons will too be required to wear cover-ups. Read more …
