An exceptional, partly remote, season still given some winning skits including figures from Jake Gyllenhaal, Eddie Murphy and Adam Driver
The 45 th season of Saturday Night Live will go down as a historic one thanks to how the establish adapted to the coronavirus pandemic, airing three remotely filmed escapades- each one improving on the last- towards the end of its run. Hopefully, by the time the appearance returns for its 46 th season it will be back in Studio 8H in front of a live audience, but if not, at least we know the show can and will go on.
