Ronda Rousey has become quite of a household name over the years, between her meteoric rise in the UFC and her recent stint as a professional wrestler in the WWE. The mixed martial artist is known beyond time her ability to beat down foes, making her a nice natural fit for being the face of a fighting game. It consider this to be Rousey will get her fortune with the upcoming Mortal Kombat 11.

In a tweet posted last-place night, Rousey links to an Instagram picture of her supporting an invitation for the Mortal Kombat 11 expose taking place January 17 in Los Angeles, seemingly corroborating her involvement.

A rumor from late last year posted on reddit was recommended that Rousey would be singer Sonya Blade, the tough-as-nails special forces patrolman present in every significant Mortal Kombat game. Rousey’s tweet likely strengthens all other aspects of the rumor, though it was pretty safe to assume based on the fact that the original posting featured the game’s box artistry a month before it was officially revealed.

Rousey wouldn’t be the first fame to enunciate Sonya Blade, as MKX shed Battlestar Galactica actress Tricia Helfer as the specific characteristics. Rousey spawns for a much more controversial choice, nonetheless, as she tends to speak her thinker and honestly have taken part in conspiracy thoughts about mass shootings being bullshitted including the government. It is assumed that she will not be the only celebrity spokesperson in Mortal Kombat 11, but no others have tip-off their hands yet.
