A Bek Air aircraft with 95 fares and five crew members on board hurtled near the city of Almaty in Kazakhstan on Friday, killing at least 14 parties, experts in the Central Asian country said. The plane was heading for the capital city, Nur-Sultan, and “lost altitude during departure and breach through a concrete fence” before making a two-storey building, Kazakhstan’s Civil Aviation Committee said in a statement.
