Developer Muse is preparing to submit plans for a major part built in the centre of Bradford.

The council gave Muse to redevelop a former police HQ site opposite the town hall last year.

It is now working up plans for One City Park, a BREEAM’ Excellent’ rated 56,000 sq ft Grade A role construct, along with complimentary public realm adjacent to Centenary Square, as part of the council’s wider regeneration of the city.

Site investigation operates are now underway to refine the building’s design prior to submitting a proposing work later in the year.

Subject to proposing, exertion will begin on site in 2021 with expected finish in 2023.

Allied Exploration and Geotechnics will teach and exhume several stand flaws and trial pits within the website boundary.
