Ingredients for Veg Nargisi Kofta Curry
For Kofta
Paneer – pniir – 250 grams
Turmeric Powder – hldii paauddr – 1/4 tsp
Red Chilli Powder – laal mirc paauddr – 1/4 tsp
Salt – nmk – 1/4 tsp
Raisins – kishmish – 1 tbsp, chopped
Cashews – kaajuu – 4 chopped
Corn Flour – kaarn phlor – 4 tbsp
Refined Flour – riphaaindd phlor – 4 tbsp
Salt – nmk – 1/4 tsp
Black seasoning – kaalii mirc – 1/4 tsp, crushed
Soya Vadi – soyaa vddii – 1 cup
and
Oil for frying – tel tlne ke liye

For Gravy
Oil – tel – 2 or 3 tbsp
Bayleaf – tejpaat – 2
Cinnamon – daalciinii – 1 inch stick
Black spice – kaalii mirc – 1 – 8 nos
Black Cardamom – bddii ilaaycii – 1 no
Clove – loNg – 3 nos
Cumin Seeds – jiiraa – 1/4 tsp
Turmeric Powder – hldii paauddr – 1/2 tsp
Coriander Powder – dhniyaa paauddr – 1.5 tsp
Kasoori Methi – ksuurii methii – 1 tbsp
Tomato – ttmaattr – 2 nos – 200 grams
Green Chilli – hrii mirc – 1 no
Ginger – adrk – 1/2 inch baton
Kashmiri Lal Mirch – kaashmiirii laal mirc 1 tsp
Cashews – kaajuu – 10 – 12
Melon Seeds – khrbuuje ke biij – 2 tbsp
Butter – mkkhn – 1 tbsp
Salt – nmk – 3/4 tsp
Garam Masala – grm msaalaa – 1/4 tsp
Coriander Leaves – hraa dhniyaa – 2 tbsp
