Godzilla vs. Kong’s marketing push is in full swing, with the film’s release date inching closer. Like all of the Warner films this year, Godzilla vs. Kong is set to release both in theaters and on the stream platform HBO Max. The Godzilla franchise has been running for decades and includes a few cases different timelines. There have even been crossovers in the dealership with King Kong before, with the 1962 film King Kong vs. Godzilla reaching Kong the win. Following the more serious approach from recent MonsterVerse cinemas, Godzilla vs. Kong will take place five years after the events of Godzilla: King of Monsters.
