gudd’ – Jaggery – 1/2 beaker – 130 grams
suujii – Semolina – 1/2 bowl – 90 grams
aattaa – Wheat flour – 2 goblet – 300 grams
sauNph – Fennel seeds – 1 tsp
baadaam ktrn – Almond flakes – 1 tbsp
kishmish – Resin – 1 tbsp, chopped
suukhaa naariyl – Dry coconut – 2 tbsp, grated
chottii ilaaycii – Green Cardamom – 4 nos, crushed
ghii – Ghee – 1/4 goblet,( 60 ml)

Ghee or oil for frying
