As more countries go into lockdown due to the coronavirus, people are substituting video calls for face-to-face human interaction in an attempt to maintain both social distancing and their normality. Regrettably, video calling is a laggy, pixellated mess even at the best of epoches — and these are definitely not the very best epoches, what with everyone deposited bingeing Netflix indefinitely.
