After filming Venom, Tom Hardy needed two knee surgeries. The first Venom hit theaters in 2018 based on the Marvel Comics character in the name. It creates back Hardy in the lead role and acts as the second largest entry into Sony’s Marvel universe. This time, Brock seeks to get back into his profession as a correspondent by make a legend on the serial murderer listed Cletus Kasady( Woody Harrelson ), who becomes the host for a much more sinister symbiote than Venom, known as Carnage. While Marcel returns to write the screenplay, The Lord of the Rings’ Gollum actor Andy Serkis has been brought on board to direct.

In an interview with Esquire, Hardy spoke about the Venom movies. He too talked about his upcoming Netflix movie designation Havoc. In particular, he discussed his agitation for the physicality of the movie, which he has been training for.
