The insignificant Geo Tracker is about as non-threatening as an automobile are able to obtain. It is perfectly minuscule, has cute gapes, incorporates a small fabric roof and can’t scare a run. This one, nonetheless, were rather different.

A 1993 lesson recently surfaced for sale on Craigslist in Las Vegas, and with an asking price of $14,500, you’d expect something pretty impressive under the punk. Suffice to say, you won’t be dissapointed.

In order to turn the Geo Tracker into a drag-strip destroyer, the car’s current owner replaced the standard 1.6 -liter four-cylinder with GM’s 6.0 -liter LQ4 V8 formerly used by the Chevrolet Silverado, Surburban, and Express. This engine delivered up to 370 hp when brand-new, but the Tracker’s owner has worked extensively to modify it, fitting LS9 head gaskets, brand-new ability ornament, BTR stage 3 cams and springs, and a ported throttle body. Oh, and a a huge turbocharger too.

The owner hasn’t disclosed how much ability the little Tracker pumps out, but says it exerts an 8.8 Ford rear axle with 4.11 paraphernaliums, a limited-slip differential, and a heavy-duty rear sway bar to ensure it can placed its power to the grind. The auto has a best quarter mile duration of 9.8 seconds at 132 mph( 212 km/ h ). Which, believe it or not, shapes the most tuned Geo Tracker just as fast as a Bugatti Chiron.

As you would imagine, driving a gondola as small-minded as this with so much better power isn’t for everyone; even the owner says it’s not a beginner’s car and is instead more suited to someone with know-how driving fast vehicles. Sounds about right.
