Robert Downey Jr. hopes a better offering than Captain America’s shield for the son who saved his sister’s life. A few days ago, six-year-old Bridger’s story made the internet by cyclone when it was shared by his aunt, Nicole Noel Walker. In an Instagram post, Walker explained how the boy shielded his little sister when a dog unexpectedly started blaming in her tack, ensuing in him being bitten multiple times and having to get more than 90 hems. Since the fib was publicized, Marvel performers have reached out to the kid after see he’s a big fan of the MCU.

In the original social media berth by Walker, she tagged various performers from the dealership, hoping they’d learn about Bridger’s incredible play of mettle. Spider-Man actor Tom Holland was the first to call the son, followed by Chris Evans who direct a sweetened video content cheering him on. The Captain America star also gifted the minor his character’s shield to the boy’s pleasure. Now, nonetheless, Downey, who brilliantly frisked Iron Man in the MCU, is claiming he will mail Bridger an even better gift than Evans.

Downey’s message to Bridger was shared online by Brandon Davis. The actor started by praising the son for his epic accomplishment, but upon learning that Evans is sending the adolescent a Captain America shield, he promised that he’ll do him better. As Walker belatedly divulged on her social media, they just celebrated Bridger’s birthday so it might be a while before they and the public find out what Downey’s gift is. Knowing that he can’t actually merely follow Evans’ example and send a totality Iron Man clothing to the kid, he might have to be a little more creative with his astound. That being said, it’s safe to say that by the time Bridger receives his knack, his aunt will share it online for everyone to enjoy.

While both Downey and Evans are technically out of the MCU after Avengers: Endgame, it’s nice to see they remain committed to love of Iron Man, Captain America, and the Avengers in general. Playing high profile heroes on the big screen comes with a responsibility to be good role models for their adherents, especially young ones like Bridger. So even though they are they won’t be playing their respective Marvel counterparts anymore, this proves that they will always be sport to step back into that comic book movie world if that means passing back to the fans.
