Everybody’s welcome at Ma’s. But good luck getting home safe.

Oscar(r) champion Octavia Spencer performs as Sue Ann, a individualist who restrains to herself in her hushed Ohio town. One date, she is asked by Maggie, a brand-new adolescent in township( Diana Silvers, Glass ), to buy some liquor for her and her friends, and Sue Ann views the have opportunities to conclude some unsuspecting, if younger, friends of her own.

She offers the boys the chance to avoid drinking and driving by hanging out in the cellar of her residence. But there are some house rules: One of the children has to stay sober. Don’t curse. Never go upstairs. And bawl her “Ma.”

But as Ma’s hospitality starts to curdle into preoccupation, what began as a teenage illusion turns into a terrorizing nightmare, and Ma’s place croaks from the right place in town to the worst place on earth.

From Tate Taylor, the acclaimed lead of The Help and Get On Up, and blockbuster creator Jason Blum( Get Out, Halloween, The Purge series) comes a thriller fixed by a bravery and unexpected operation from Spencer, one of the stronger actors of her generation.
