For Batter:
Green Grams – hrii muuNg daal – 1/2 Cup( 100 grams)
Rice – caavl – 2 tbsp
Salt – nmk – 1/2 tsp
Green Chilli – hrii mirc – 2
Ginger – adrk – 1/2 inch baton

For Stuffing:
Oil – tel – 1 tbsp
Split Chickpea – cnaa daal – 1/2 tsp
Split Black Gram Lentils – urd daal – 1/2 tsp
Mustard Seeds – srsoN ke daane – 1/4 tsp
Ginger – adrk – 1/2 tsp, grated
Green Chilli – hrii mirc – 1 – 2, finely chopped
Curry Leaves – kdddhii pttaa – 10 – 12
Tomato – ttmaattr – 1, chopped
Salt – nmk – 1/2 tsp
Coriander Powder – dhniyaa paauddr – 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder – hldii paauddr – 1/4 tsp
Red Chilli Powder – laal mirc paauddr – 1/4 tsp
Sambar Powder – saaNbr paauddr – 1 tsp
Green Coriander – hraa dhniyaa – 1-2 tbsp

For Peanut Coconut Chutney:
Peanut – muuNgphlii – 1/2 Cup( 100 grams)
Desiccated Coconut – naariyl kaa buraadaa – 1/4 Cup
Lemon Juice – niiNbuu kaa rs – 1/2
Salt – nmk – 1/2 tsp
Green Chilli – hrii mirc – 2
For Tadka:
Oil – tel – 1 tsp
Mustard Seeds – srsoN ke daane – 1/4 tsp
