Like a late Christmas gift that got lost in the upright, we come text in the wee hours this morning that Netflix is releasing a Black Mirror feature film tomorrow. Get ready for Bandersnatch! While the title refers to a mythological person devised by Lewis Carroll in his epic nonsense poem The Jabberwocky, the series is known for examining the questions relating to the darker aspects of technology. Charlie Brooker’s praised dark collection series was restored for a fifth season back in March, although Bandersnatch is not thought to be a part of that seek with Season 5 still to come at a later date. The trailer announces it “A Black Mirror Event” and peculiarities Dunkirk’s Fionn Whitehead with Will Poulter and Asim Chaudhry. The latter says, “We’re going to be a smacked plant, like Motown, but for computer games.” Poulter’s character then tells Whitehead’s, “When it’s a perception section, a little bit of madness is what you need, ” as Frankie Goes To Hollywood’s “Relax” starts pumping.
