ACM Awards Moves to Amazon, Will Become a Streaming Event

The Academy of Country Music Awards will no longer be airing on CBS and the gives demo has seen a brand-new home.

The show will be moving to Amazon Prime Video for the forthcoming 2022 liturgy, marking the first time that a major allotments testify will be streamed live on an SVOD platform, according to Deadline.

The ACM Awards have been airing on CBS since 1998, but thanks to the ViacomCBS merger, the network will begin airing the CMT Music Awards starting next year. That testify will air on CBS in April, the same month that the ACM Awards generally air on the network.
